The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2012 of 30 July 2012 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 210 of 7 August 2012.

The Regulation concerns the Tariff classification of Lactose-reduced colostrum powder in gelatine capsules, 120 capsules packaged for retail sale in a plastic screw-top container, with the following composition of milk fat, milk protein, lactose. According to the label the product is for human consumption.
