The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2016/1140of 8 July 2016 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal of European Union L 189 of 14 July 2016.

The regulation concerns the classification of a self-heating patch to relieve pain. A product in the form of a self-heating patch to relive pain is made of adhesive material intended for attaching to skin (neck, wrist or shoulder).
