The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/184 of 2 February 2015 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 31 of 7 February 2015.

The regulation concerns the classification of the silicon dioxide (also called ‘silica gel') in the form of small transparent granules and packed in paper sachets or in plastic capsules that are water-vapour-permeable.
