The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 894/2012 of 6 August 2012 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 264 of 29 September 2012.

The Regulation concerns the Tariff classification of a made-up article consisting of 10 rectangular strips each approximately 25 cm long and 2 cm wide, of nonwovens of synthetic filaments (polyethylene) solidified with a binder. The strips are linked to each other along the length by perforation points.
