The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 444/2013 of 7 May 2013 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal of the European Union No L 130 of 15 May 2013.

The Regulation concerns the classification of a product is a yellow to yellow-brown powder consisting of proteins, starch/glucose, moisture, crude fibre, crude FAT, crude ash. The product is unsuitable for human consumption and used for animal feeding.
