With reference to the press release about pricing 8.5-year Green Bonds denominated in EUR, maturing on August 7th, 2026, which was conducted on January 31st, 2018, Ministry of Finance presents additional information concerning structure of investors:

• the structure of buyers was well diversified, with 41% of allocation going to designated green accounts,

• the bonds were allocated to investors mainly from Europe: France (23.5%), Germany (19.0%), the UK (13.9%), Poland (9.6%), Switzerland (5.0%), Scandinavia (4.8%), Austria (3.9%), Benelux (1.9%), and others (8.1%). The share of investors from the United States, the Middle East, and other countries, amounted to 3.5%, 2.0% and 4.9%, respectively,

• in terms of investor type, the buyers group included: asset managers (66.5%), banks (15.9%), central banks and public institutions (9.2%), insurance and pension companies (7.8%), hedge funds (0.3%), and other entities (0.2%).
