The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2018/81 of 16 January 2018 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal Series L 16/1 of  20 January 2018.

The apparatus is to be classified under CN code 8543 70 90 as an electrical apparatus.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
