The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2017/1476  of 11 August 2017 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal Series L 211 of 17 August 2017.

The LED dental light  was classified under CN code 9405 40 99.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following  that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
