The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2018/77 of  15 January 2018 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal Series L 14/3 of  19 January 2018.

The article is to be classified under CN code 6302 22 90 as ‘bedlinen, other than knitted or crocheted, of man-made fibres'.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
