The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2017/2246 of  30 November 2017 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published in the Official Journal Series L 324 of  8 December 2017.

The plates are to be classified under CN code 3701 30 00 as other photographic plates.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
