The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2017/268of 14 February 2017 concerning the classification of  certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature was published  in the Official Journal of European Union L 40 of 17 February 2017.

Tablets (packed  200 pieces) consisting of sweetener and a foodstuff  (steviol glycosides and leucine)  for used for sweetening are regarded as substances with nutritive value, are classified under CN code 2106 90 92.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following  that of its  publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
