The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1055/2012 of 9 November 2012 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariffwas published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 304 of 31 October 2012.

In Chapter 20 of the Combined Nomenclature set out in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, the Additional Note 9 is inserted.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
