The Council Regulation (EU) No 1325/2013 of 9 December 2013 amending Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 334 of 13 December 2013.

On the basis of Article 1 of the Regulation the autonomous rate of duty (Free) has been introduced for subheading 2710 19 21.  

This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2014.
