The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 388/2014 of 10 April 2014 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariffwas published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 113 of 16 April 2014.

In Chapter 3 of Part Two of the Combined Nomenclature set out in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 an Additional note 1 has been inserted.
