The Regulation (EU) No 374/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on the reduction or elimination of customs duties on goods originating in Ukraine was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 118 of 22 April 2014.

This Regulation entered into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, i.e. 23 April 2014.

The Regulation is to be applied until Title IV (trade and trade-related matters) of the Association Agreement enters into force or, where appropriate, is applied provisionally, and until 1 November 2014 at the latest.
