The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/534 of 31 March 2016 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 89 of 6 April 2016.

In the regulation the additional notes 3 and 4 in Chapter 4 of Part Two of the Combined Nomenclature set out in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 have been added.
