The Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) No 2016/1638of 13 September 2016 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature  and on the Common Customs Tariff was published in the  Official Journal of European Union L 244 of 13 September 2016.

In the regulation the additional note 2 in Chapter 15 of Part Two of the Combined Nomenclature set out in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 has been replaced.
