The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/2293 of 16 December 2016 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the  Common Customs Tariff was published in the official Journal of the European Union   L 344 of 17 December 2016.

In Section XII, in Chapter 64 , the row concerning CN code 6404 19 90 and in Section XVI, in Chapter 84, the row concerning  are replaced by the following.

It shall apply from 1 January 2017.
