The Council Regulation (EU) No 2016/1051of 24 June 2016 amending Regulation (EU) No 1387/2013 suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain agricultural and industrial products, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L173 of 30 June 2016.

The regulation entered into force on date its publication and it applied from 1 July 2016.

However, TARIC code  ′ex 8708 99 97 50′ applied from 1 January 2016.
