50th Session of the HS Committee of the World Customs Organization (WCO) in September 2012 – amendments in the Explanatory Notes to the Harmonized System (HS) and Classification Opinions.
The Communication of the European Commission in accordance with Article 12(5)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 on the information provided by the customs authorities of the Member States concerning the classification of goods in the customs nomenclature (2013/C 180/03) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 180 of 16 June 2013.
In the Communication are listed amendments to the Explanatory Notes to be done under Article 8 procedure of the HS Convention and Classification Opinions taken by the HS Committee of the World Customs Organization (WCO) at its 50th Session in September 2012.
