The Communication in accordance with Article 12(5)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92, on the information provided by the customs authorities of the Member States concerning the classification of goods in the customs nomenclature (2014/C 352/01) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 352 of 7 October 2014.

In the Communication has been placed information about amendments of the Explanatory Notes of the HS Nomenclature and Classification Opinions approved by the by the Customs Cooperation Council, edited by the Harmonized System Committee (HSC) of the World Customs Organization at its 53^rd session in march 2014.
